Westminster High School Homecoming Parade
10:00 to 12:00

The Westminster High School Homecoming Parade will kick-off the days events.  For more information download a copy of the Parade Registration Form. Parade route will be from Raleigh and 72nd to Lowell Blvd.  North on Lowell to 76th Ave. to Bradburn and then south to return to Westminster High School.

 Barkin' Barbers Second Annual Pet Parade
1:30 registration    2:00 contest begins

How does your pet rank for the  Longest tail, Floppiest Ears, Oldest Owner, Pet & Owner look Alike, Best Costume, Youngest Owner, Ugliest Pet and more great categories.  Free Registration.  Prizes will be given for top prize in each category.
Download your registration form for the Barkin' Barbers 2nd Annual Pet Parade, or stop in to the shop to pick one up.  

Westminster City Council

Centennial activities will include a display of items from the City’s 1961 time capsule and items that will go into the 2011 time capsule, hosted by the Westminster City Council at the Westminster Grange Hall, at 3937 W. 73rd Ave.

Bake - Off at Aar River Gallery
Entries by 12:00      4:00 Awards

Bake up your best treats for the judges to decide if yours  is the delectable cream of the crop.  Download your Bake-Off entry form or pick one up at the Aar River Gallery, 3707 W 73rd Ave. in Westminster.  Categories include Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Breads, Jams and Jellies.  Drop off your items the day of the event from 10 to 12.  Awards at 4PM, followed by a public tasting from 4 to 8PM. Cost is $5 per entry, only one per category please. Entries will be judged on Taste, Creativity and Presentation.
