Originally known as The Harris Park Art Cooperative (HPAC) was the artistic division of the South Westminster Arts Group, responsible for bringing in new artistic and creative members and ideas to the organization. In the fall of 2011 Harris Park Art Cooperative was changed to The Rodeo Market Gallery, because of 501c3 requirements.

Rodeo Market Gallery creates an avenue for fundraising for SWAG providing an affordable outlet for the marketing, communication, collaboration and gathering opportunity with other artists, as well as an open public gallery for the display of thier art work.

The Rodeo Market Gallery purpose is to provide a market place for artists to display their work, and to involve and educate the community through the display of art and through contact with local artists and workshops.   This also provides a way for the community to realize what art is out their and purchase art work directly from the artist.

The Rodeo Market Gallery Mission is to create a tie between past and present as a factor to revitalize historic business in the area and provide a shopping area for people who value handcrafted items of high quality. Artwork may show Colorado culture, historic aspects, social perspective and personalities of artisans and craftspeople.
