Soul Collage - "Discover Wisdom Change Your World"

With SoulCollage®, you make your own deck of cards - with each collage card representing one aspect of your personality. Use your collage cards to intuitively answer life's questions and participate in self-discovery. Joyfully deepen your understanding of the relationships between different parts of your personality, you and your family/community/world; you and your dreams, symbols, and Spirit.

For those who have never done SoulCollage before, a brief introduction to the process and initial materials will be provided by the facilitator at your first session for an additional cost of $10

Yoga and Yog-ART
When: Every Saturday at 8:15 AM
Traditional Yoga alternating weekly with Yog-ART - Polly Hensel teaches the method of moving into the artistic"flow" state of mind, and incorporates art making into the yoga practice.
Bring your Yoga Mat and kneepads, wear comfortable clothing.

Visual Art Journaling
When: 2nd and 4th Saturday of the Month (September 28 class will meet September 29th), 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Gayle Bodine teaches the art of creating a Mixed Media Journal or Book Created as a Record of Thoughts, Feelings, Dreams & Ideas Expressed through Words & Pictures & Play
Supplies to bring along:
Supplies provided but please bring a (minimum) 8” X 10” mixed-media journal and your favorite pens, brushes, paints and what-have-you. Your ideas and techniques are welcome. Please contact me with any questions or join the group to receive meeting notifications
